1. Shall not exceed 30 metres in height.

2. Shall be built on abjustable base plates.

3. Two diagonal braces shall be provided to each longitudinal face between adjacent frames.

4. The maximum load per platform shall not exceed 225kg with no more than two(2) platforms loaded at any
    one time.

3. The maximum height of the working platform shall not exceed -

    (a) in sheltered areas, three(3) times the least measurement between the base supports.

    (b) in exposed areas, two(2) times the least measurement between the base supports.

    (c) 9 metres in any circumstance.

4. When the base is extended by additional components, the centre of the working platform must be vertically above the centre base, provided that

    when a wall, or the like, prevents the extension being used on one side, the base shall be extended on the opposite side, to the ratios detailed
    in paragraph 3 (a) or (b).

5. Horizontal bracing shall be provided as near to the castors as possible, so that the supported castor is effectively braced.

6. (a) The height of the working platform from the highest supporting strut shall not exceed three(3) times the minimum width at the bracing point.

    (b) Where rolling outrigger frames are used, in conjunction with the supporting struts, the frames shall be tied together in the longitudinal plane                          at the level of the connecting struts.

7. The maximum jacking adjustment shall be 300mm.

8. In all other respects, tower and mobile scaffolds shall comply with the requirements set in the AS/NZS 1576.1:2010 Standards.
